About The Role
The Portfolio Account Management Officer is responsible for managing post-booking requests, ensuring compliance of portfolio-managed accounts, and overseeing the timely renewal of Ka-Negosyo Credit Lines (KCL). The role ensures efficient account servicing, adherence to bank policies, and excellent client experience. Major Responsibilities Review and approve post-booking requests requiring Portfolio Manager-level disposition. Handle KCL renewals, extensions, and related approvals. Analyze and endorse rate reduction and fee waiver requests. Ensure compliance with KYC, due diligence, and regulatory requirements. Resolve escalated client inquiries and complex transactions. Monitor transaction turnaround times (TAT) and adherence to bank policies. Prepare management reports and support process improvement initiatives. Monitor and implement team projects and administrative activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Preferably with experience in corporate or consumer lending, relationship management, branch banking, or product sales. Knowledge of corporate and retail loan products and cash management services. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Client-focused, adaptable, and results-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
