Job Description & Summary: We are looking for an experienced Director of Global Services & Strategic Growth to lead our global services portfolio, drive strategic growth, and accelerate client value realization in enterprise software and SaaS solutions. Job Position Title: IN_Director_Global Services Strategic_Growth_D&A_Advisory_PAN_India Responsibilities: Technical Requirements: Expertise in global services portfolio management Strong background in SaaS delivery models and enterprise software solutions Proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution and multi-million dollar deal negotiations Knowledge of AI, Hybrid Cloud, IoT integration into service offerings Operational excellence through process automation and workflow optimization Cross-functional leadership across engineering, sales, marketing, and research teams Market intelligence and value proposition strategy development Candidate Profile: Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS and software service offerings globally Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and manage sales pipelines Skilled in strategic sales leadership and program management Proficient in financial forecasting and statistical modeling Excellent communication and collaboration skills Mandatory skill sets: SaaS delivery models Enterprise software (e.g., Maximo, Sterling OMS) Strategic sales and program management AI and emerging tech integration Preferred skill sets: Experience in automotive, aerospace, or supply chain sectors ESG and digital transformation knowledge Strong documentation and presentation skills Years of experience required: 15+ years Education qualification: MBA (Marketing, Business Design, Strategy) and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field)
