DescriptionPosition Summary

The Swatch Clerk is responsible for producing swatches and labeling them. Additionally, the Swatch Clerk may assist with finish chips.

Position Details

Apply new grade labels to swatches
Pull swatch sets and prepare for shipping.
Cut, serge, sew, label, and grommet swatches, as assigned.
Assist with finish chips.
May assist in Market preparation, as needed.
Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other Swatch department duties as needed.
All other duties as assigned.

QualificationsPosition Requirements

Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions required
Basic math skills required
Must have basic knowledge of computer programs
Prior experience in a fabric swatch department a plus but not required
Good communication and decision-making skills are required

Must be able to stand continuously throughout the shift; 8-9 hour shifts
