DescriptionJob Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will provide sales support to our outside sales team and assisting customers by phone. This position requires an energetic individual with strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Taking phone call / email orders from customers and outside sale representatives
Promote sales by explaining our products to meet customer needs
Entering new customer orders
Respond to customer needs in a timely and appropriate manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong phone skills and experience handling a high number of calls daily
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage effectively
Basic computer skills
Ability to stay organized

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma
