We make the window replacement experience simple, seamless, and satisfying for every customer. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead our field operations teams across the Seattle and Portland markets. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience by developing business processes, resolving complex customer issues, and inspiring your team to consistently deliver a white-glove installation experience.
