Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst plays a key role in the MFRBL underwriting process, as they are responsible for reviewing financial information for the borrower (the subject property) and the guarantors that support the loan that is being proposed. They then outline any missing information, additional context needed on any financial components, and then draft a loan presentation, jointly with the associated Loan Officer that sourced the loan, that accurately depicts the cash flow of the property and the guarantors, and disclose any credit concerns that might arise.
