Site Experience Executive (Shift Based role)

As a Site Experience Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sportsbook content and ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience for customers. You will work closely with the Head of Sportsbook Content and the Content Delivery Team to execute the content strategy and optimize the customer journey. This is a shift-based role that requires extensive sports and betting knowledge, experience with content management systems, and excellent English language skills.

• Proactively execute the Content Strategy by planning the display of betting, promotional and engagement content on Core UK Digital Brands' sportsbooks and in‑store SSBTs.
• Monitor and assess the output of the Content Delivery team, reactively tailoring the content or requesting schedule changes as the dynamic nature of sports betting dictates.
• Track and react dynamically to key trends and metrics to prioritise available content, making data‑based decisions to feed back and implement changes to the Content Schedule and Strategy to optimise the customer journey.
• Extensive sports and betting knowledge.
• Experience in the usage of content management systems on a multi‑territory platform.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language with exceptional skills in spelling, punctuation and grammar, including a keen eye for detail.
• Able to work on a shift based rota inc weekends (days)
