In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Sportsbook promotions, optimizing promotional performance, and shaping a market-leading customer proposition. You will collaborate with various teams, analyze campaign performance, and monitor competitor activity. • Support the creation and delivery of the Sportsbook proposition and promotional calendar.
• Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, including mechanics, customer offers, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, promotional spend, and ROI to identify optimisation opportunities.

You Have

• Experience planning, launching, and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns.
• Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer retention, promotions, loyalty, or customer engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical experience, including reporting on campaign performance and identifying actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data to support commercial decision-making.
• A strong interest in sports and an understanding of what engages sports betting audiences.
