Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Join our EHS & ESG business unit as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of our Revenue Operations function, transforming scattered reporting into a single source of truth for sales performance. You will build and maintain a consistent reporting infrastructure, support territory design and quota-setting analysis, and ensure data quality in our CRM. You will also partner closely with various teams to align reporting, data, and processes across the sales funnel.

• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including report and dashboard building
• 3 + years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role supporting a B2B sales organization
• Strong Excel/analytics skills, with experience in a BI tool (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and data visualization
• A demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and to build trusted, repeatable reporting processes from scratch
• Clear, confident communication comfortable presenting data and insights directly to Sales leadership
• Familiarity with Clari, LeanData, or Salesforce CPQ
• Exposure to EHS, ESG, or another regulated, technically complex industry
• Experience supporting a complex, multi-stakeholder B2B enterprise sales motion
• Experience supporting territory design or quota-setting methodology
