As a Sales Manager for the sports sector, you'll drive growth and client support in the Nordics, focusing on customer satisfaction, base development, and performance marketing. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree, experience in B2B SaaS sales, and a passion for data and the sports industry.

• Contribuer à la croissance et à l'expansion de la solution d'Arenametrix dans l'industrie culturelle et sportive des pays nordiques.
• Évaluer les projets avec divers intervenants et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins, en mettant en œuvre et en affinant le processus de parcours client.
• Prospecter activement par téléphone et planifier des réunions en personne, en établissant des relations avec ces prospects.

**Qualifications**

• You hold a Master’s degree (e.g., from a business school).

• You have prior experience at a B2B SaaS scale-up, particularly in sales and business development

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are bilingual or even a native English speaker

• You are bilingual or even a native Swedish/Danish speaker

• You have a structured mindset: you can explain complex ideas simply, create a clear and comprehensive writing plan, and organize your arguments

• You enjoy working with data, handling Excel spreadsheets, and writing complex formulas

• You’re not afraid of a challenge; you’re results-oriented and never get discouraged.

• You can work independently, aren’t afraid to take on responsibilities, and are motivated by the project.

• You’re eager to get involved in a rapidly growing scale-up and have a great experience in Nordics as part of a team of passionate people!
