Engineering Lead (Subject Recognition / On Prem)

As the Engineering Lead for Subject Recognition, you will lead a team focused on developing and maintaining our on-prem face recognition platform. You will define and own estate health, manage the complexity of running software at the edge, and drive operational excellence. You will also grow the team, champion responsible engineering, and lead agentic engineering processes.

• Lead engineering for Auror's on-prem face recognition platform, setting clear technical direction and aligning the team to shared priorities.
• Establish a concrete definition of a healthy deployment, making estate health measurable and actionable to drive team focus.
• Build and grow a high performing engineering team through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership, while eliminating single points of failure.
