About The Role
Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn, as the VP of Legal & Privacy. In this strategic role, you will transform the legal department into a proactive, revenue-enabling business unit, guiding the legal strategy for our unified platform and supporting the expansion of our banking product offerings. You will lead a distributed, international team of 8 legal professionals and be instrumental in driving innovation and optimizing workflows through technology and AI.
- Redefining the legal function as a proactive, revenue-enabling business unit, establishing OKRs and KPIs to measure impact.
- Guiding the legal strategy for the new unified platform while managing a complex corporate structure.
- Supporting the expansion of banking product offerings across core markets and overseeing legal strategy for cross-border expansion.
