BSA Compliance Specialist

HAPO is now accepting applications for a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Compliance Specialist in Kennewick, WA. The primary focus of the BSA Compliance Specialist is to provide support to the Compliance Manager with maintaining the credit union’s BSA/AML compliance program and assists in meeting and maintaining all BSA/AML/CFT compliance requirements. They will assist the Compliance Manager with monitoring and maintaining an effective Compliance Management Program that will ensure adherence with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements of the credit union. Ideal candidates will be able to handle oneself in stressful situations. They will have strong organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively. Candidates must have excellent analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
