Job Description: • Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities. • Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation. • Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and TEMPEST surveys. • Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements. • Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.
