As a Bakery Chef, you’re not just managing the hotel’s daily pastry production – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Lead day-to-day pastry operations: Oversee the preparation, execution, and presentation of bakeries while ensuring quality and efficiency
• Produce high-quality pastries: Prepare breads, rolls and breakfast bakeries following standard recipes for restaurants and banquets
• Enhance menu offerings: Create and implement new bakery recipes and seasonal menus to elevate the dining experience
• Manage product inventory: Maintain an adequate supply of prepared products and ensure proper storage for freshness and quality
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
