• Benchmark with baking test for yeast/improver from the market
• Understand each customer’s technical needs and recommend the solution/products adapted to his need
• Solving technical problem of client
• Collecting data regarding the bakery market, competitors and the position of Lesaffre products
• Support bakeries with technical advice: yeast adapted to process, ingredients solution, process support…
• Participate with baking tests in creating new products, yeast and ingredients
• Make demonstration, / technical visit on the market
• Reception animation inside the baking center for bakers, distributors
• Preparing reports and entering data on LESAFFRE platform

• 🎓 Education

Diploma in Tourism & Hotels or Institute

• 💼 Experience
• -
• Minimum 5+ years experience in relevant hospitality or tourism roles
• 🛠 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• -
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, hospitality systems, etc.)
• -
• Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Role within the organization
