Experience with SQL or relational databases; SQL Server and T-SQL are an advantage. A thoughtful approach to software quality, security, data protection and change in a regulated environment. Azure experience, Entity Framework, DevOps, or experience in financial services, insurance, funds, data management or other regulated domains would be advantageous—but they are not all required.
