About The Role

<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $36 – $42/hour, based on experience · Overtime after 40 hours · Additional compensation for on-call <strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (role is subject to on-call scheduling) <strong>Location:</strong> Williston, ND — rental facility</p>
<p>Work on the newest fleet in the industry. As a Field Technician at EquipmentShare, you'll diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts — with our proprietary T3 platform pulling service data from hundreds of makes and models so you can find root cause fast and work smarter, not harder.</p>

<h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer-owned equipment, exercising independent judgment</li>
<li>Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance; maintain your service vehicle in clean, professional condition</li>
<li>Use T3 on a laptop or tablet to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts</li>
<li>Document all work performed accurately and daily</li>
<li>Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts</li>
<li>Support the training and development of junior technicians</li>
<li>Follow safe work practices on every job</li>
</ul>
<h2>What You Need</h2>
<ul>
<li>Your own tools applicable to the position</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and diagnostic tools</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams</li>
<li>Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicles</li>
</ul>
<h2>Nice to Have</h2>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment, aerial lifts, or diesel systems</li>
<li>Trade school certificate or OEM certifications</li>
<li>Advanced experience with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics</li>
<li>Working knowledge of OSHA requirements</li>

<h2>Conditions of Employment</h2>
