GBS Accounting Analyst

What You Will Do

• General Accounting: Execute daily accounting functions, including the preparation of journal entries for accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, and bank transactions.
• -
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and prepare detailed reports related to Accounts Payable (AP), Intercompany, Prepayments and Banks.
• -
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with fiscal electronic invoicing regulations.
• -
• Month-End Close: Actively support the intercompany process and closing activities during the month-end cycle.
• -
• Internal Controls: Partner and follow up with internal stakeholders to guarantee adherence to internal accounting controls and corporate policies.
• What experience you need
• -
• Education: Advanced student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• -
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling AP, General Ledger (GL), and Intercompany processes.
• -
• Technical Skills: 2 to 3 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
• -
• Languages: B2 English proficiency
