Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? We are seeking dedicated Guides to lead our Northern Lights tours in Tromsø for the 2026/2027 winter season (September 2026 to March 2027). This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most stunning natural settings in the world while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Right now we are looking for a worker to help us during the day and also are able to take guided shift as well.

Your Responsibilities

• Help with administrative and logistical work.
• Share knowledge about the Aurora Borealis, local history, and Arctic nature
• Ensure guests' comfort and safety throughout the tour
• Assist guests with photography and provide tips for capturing stunning images
• Monitor weather conditions and Aurora forecasts to maximize tour success
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality experiences
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in excellent condition

Who We Are Looking For

Strong Social & Communication Skills -- Confident in storytelling, leading groups, and engaging with guests

Fluent English -- Additional languages are a plus

Work schedule -- We work afternoon/nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays

Professionalism & Responsibility -- Represent our company with pride, respect, and integrity

S afe & Smooth Driving Style -- Prioritizing passenger comfort and safety
