Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver internal IT projects across the organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently
• -
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
• -
• Own project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• -
• Monitor resource capacity and utilization for effective delivery
• -
• Engage stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria, and expectations
• -

Ensure proper governance across adhere to AirAsia Project Management framework:

• -
• Scope and change management
• -
• Risk and issue management
• -
• Project documentation and reporting
• -
• Run regular project meetings, including steering committee updates
• -
• Provide clear and timely status reports to senior management
• -
• Support and guide junior project managers (if assigned)
• -
• Drive change management and user adoption for project deliverables

Requirements

• -
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• -
• Proven experience managing medium to large IT related projects
• -
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (including senior leadership)
• -
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project)
• -
• Ability to manage changing priorities, scope adjustments, and project resets
• -
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills
