1. Responsible for overall Truck Cabin Manufacturing operations to achieve SQCDP targets.
2. Ensure daily production target achievement with optimum manpower utilization.
3. Drive Quality improvement activities and reduce rejection/rework levels.
4. Implement TQM, DWM, TPM, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives in shop floor.
5. Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, and process efficiency.
6. Manage operators, supervisors, and contract manpower deployment.
7. Ensure strict adherence to Safety, EHS, and PPE compliance standards.
8. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Logistics, and HR teams.
9. Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
10. Preferred candidate with experience in Truck Cabin Manufacturing / BIW / Weld Shop operations in Commercial Vehicle industry.
