Bring your grit and resilience!Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and technological capabilities to drive solution designCapture customer stories and anticipate their business needsLeverage organizational knowledge and collaboration to optimize customer solutions Define and drive testing plansFacilitate evaluation sessions for clients and confirm feature applications to business needsMaster prioritization techniques that enable Agile developmentLead delivery of features for customers within larger projectsAct as the contact point on customer interactions to develop client relationship skillsTake responsibility for proposing and delivering customer solutionsContinue learning and expanding your expertise within the Salesforce platformPartner with Team Leads for mentorship to continue honing your skillsDevelop project management skills to enable leading entire projectsFlexibility to assist with additional tasks or projects outside of core responsibilities, as business needs ariseRequirements:3+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, specializing in CPQ solutions, including configuration, implementation, and client-facing project <delivery.At> least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 5 active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employmentRequired:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce App BuilderCPQ SpecialistPreferred:Salesforce Business AnalystSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Experience Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Certified AI AssociateSalesforce Certified AI SpecialistWillingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per roleSolution and project management-oriented Experience with office applications and working with basic to advanced formulas in programs such as ExcelBachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalentExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.Why Thunder?
