Depot Operations Responsible for the issuing of materials, consumables, and power tools in accordance with company procedures. Conducts monthly stock takes of all materials, consumables, and power tools to ensure accurate inventory control. Issues personal protective equipment (PPE) in line with health and safety requirements. Prepare and update claims records (Claim Production). Record and monitor warranty units, ensuring proper documentation and control (Warranty Production). Manage reefer spares stock, including issuing, tracking, and updating records in the Cardex and CPS 70 spreadsheet. Requisition reefer spares in line with operational requirements. Receive and verify reefer spares deliveries, prepare GRN documentation and schedules, and forward to Head Office. Conduct monthly stock counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and reconcile stock levels Ensure all invoices and job cards are submitted to Head Office within the prescribed two-day turnaround time Compile transfer documentation and ensure that both the system and Cardex records are accurately updated. Capturing of month end stock order on the purchasing system Reports Record all issuances of materials, consumables, and power tools accurately. Ensure all transactions are correctly captured in the Cardex system. Compile and submit requisitions in a timely manner. Receive and verify internally placed orders against supporting documentation. Promptly notify the Procurement Officer of any defects or discrepancies in goods received. Ad hock Assist with updating container condition changes and compiling reefer stock reports as required. Support the accurate and timely updating of data on the OV system. Follow any reasonable instruction that is given
