Shuttle Coordinator

You will coordinate and assist personnel sorting cylinders with communication from Production to ensure there is proper prioritization to meet daily demands. Coordinate and assist employees unloading trucks to minimize driver wait time and strive for efficient handling of cylinders. You will operate a forklift in a safe and responsible manner. Handle cylinders as needed to support the sorting/loading/filling and unloading processes. You will assist and coordinate loading of delivery trucks, trailers, and emergency customer requirements. Coordinate special projects as necessary. You will make sure that the Drivers paperwork, and Manifests are prepared and accurate. Ensure operations are conducted in a manner that maintains the proper appearance, image, and security of the facility and equipment. You will adhere to compliance regulations and guidelines including all external regulatory agencies including FDA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, DHS, as well as all GTS-Welco and Praxair policies and procedures. Interact and coordinate with personnel on a fair and consistent basis. You will communicate effectively with plant management and supervision on daily demands, shortages, and operational issues. Professionally interact with internal and external customers. You will perform all duties in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
