QA SOFTWARE TESTER III (HYBRID)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer III to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for both web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms using Cypress and Appium Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA team members to understand application features and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile team. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and potential quality issues. Document test plans, test cases, and test results. Log and track defects in Jira, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on automation best practices. Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to improve QA efficiency.
