Field Coordinator

Your tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for oversight management of deugro sub contractor sites; Responsible for managing sub-contractors / service providers performance related to ISO requirements to include evaluations / site audit and documentation related to such; Obtains information or provide quotations and rates for services as required by deugro project groups; Travel as required domestically; Supports operations department and project managers as needed; Monitor compliance with service standard and requirements as per contracts; Responsible for logistics coordination at project site; Responsible for medium term project assignments at jobsites, ports and marshalling yards; Responsible for ensuring that all targets and objectives are met in line with project-specific SOP’s; Responsible for coordination and prioritize workflow for movement of freight; Establish and identify room for improvement within the area of responsibility and manage the change process; Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results; Develop teamwork, demonstrating shared goals and values; Represent deugro USA both externally to clients and internally to the organization in a professional manner
