About The Role
- 带领团队开展未来存储器架构、器件和工艺制程的技术评估与Pathfinding研发，输出技术可行性分析报告；
- 组织协调设计、器件、工艺、设备等跨部门及跨单位合作，建立可行技术路径，推动Demo验证并制定PPAC提升路线图。
- 教育背景与专业知识：硕士及以上学历，半导体、物理学、材料科学与工程、微电子或集成电路等理工科专业背景；
- 行业与专业经验：10年以上半导体行业经验，具有工艺整合、制程或产品等研发相关经验者优先；
- 项目/任务成果：主导或深度参与过至少2项前沿技术评估或Pathfinding项目，推动完成技术路径选定与Demo验证；
- 其他要求：具有前沿技术洞察力、团队领导力及执行力，具有数据处理与沟通报告能力，能有效推动跨组织协作。
