Order Management SME (S&RC) (all genders)

Job Description

As an Order Management SME, you will be responsible for providing analytical and technical expertise to the S&RC team, supporting daily operations, collaborating closely with warehouse stakeholders, and leading root cause analysis to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Your role

-

Driving Process Standardization and Improvement Projects: Identifying, defining, and leading improvement initiatives to streamline and standardize SCM processes across regions.

-

Being Process Expert and Advisor: Serving as the primary resource for Team Leads on establishing and refining SCM standards, providing guidance on efficient process execution aligned with agreed-upon practices.

Managing Order Exceptions: Taking ownership of order-related issues and escalations, customer-specific requirements, and exception handling to ensure swift resolution.

Managin Process Change Management: Evaluating upcoming process changes and ensuring that Work Instructions are updated and readily available before the go-live of new processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align processes and optimize the SCM way of working across functions.

You're the right fit if

University degree.

3+ years of Order Management experience.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with SAP PRD and MP1.

-

Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-

Self-driven and proactive approach.

-

Fluent English proficiency.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is 97,150 PLN – 160,950 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for an annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
