Take ownership of Armacell's global Customer Order Management process, shaping a future-ready Customer Service model and driving standardisation across every region.

Own the end-to-end global Customer Order Management process as design authority
Define and maintain global process standards, policies, SOPs and governance
Develop the new Customer Service operating model, including organisation and governance
Drive process harmonisation, reviewing and approving local deviations
Collaborate with Global Process Owners across Customer Management and Billing & Collection
Define and maintain global KPIs, KAIs and performance frameworks
Own the continuous improvement roadmap, including automation and AI-enabled solutions
Act as business lead and design authority for S/4HANA and transformation initiatives

10+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Order-to-Cash
Proven track record in global process ownership , governance and operating model design across multiple regions
Strong SAP ERP experience, preferably including S/4HANA transformation programmes
Strong understanding of process controls, compliance and audit expectations
Fluent English
Experience leading business harmonisation and stakeholder management in a global matrix an advantage
Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions in and outside S/4HANA an advantage
