In this role, you will support the Category and Business Development of HP’s Peripherals Portfolio. Here, we partner with teams across the globe to maximize our digital interaction and evolve the business model to drive sales, revenue and most importantly, a frictionless customer experience.

Peripherals AMS Business Manager: In this role, you will report to the Attach Business Management Manager, you will be the pillar for tracking, reporting and optimizing financial execution of the quarter as well as doing key analysis & projection for HP Branded Peripherals business. Key part of the role will be to support the AMS Markets, be their partner in business and help them remove the road blocks to achieve their Goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations
  • Works independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance
  • Participate to the BMS (Business Management System) Processes for HP Branded Peripherals
  • Participate to the definition of the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
  • Works with cross-functional teams across to maximize HP Branded Peripherals financial performance
  • Participate to the development of business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports
  • Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decision

Education and Experience Required

  • University or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Experience in Peripherals business is a plus

Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests
  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
  • Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Developed relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data
