Job Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst

JOB SCOPE

Serve as a strategic bridge between Business Units and the Business Technology (BT) organization, driving data-informed decision-making, streamlining processes, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role ensures alignment with both regional directives in the local Mexico City region and BT standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Operational Alignment

• •Partner with business stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements.
• •Ensure regional initiatives are consistent with global BT strategy, standards, and governance.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• •Analyze data to support performance tracking, business insights, and strategic decisions.

Project Management

• •Assist in planning, executing, and delivering BT projects.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Process Optimization & Automation

• •Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
• •Lead or support API integrations and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• •Act as a liaison between business units and the BT team to facilitate communication.
• •Support change management efforts and drive user adoption of new tools and processes.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

Technical Skills

• •5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or IT-business interface roles.
• •Proficient in: SQL (Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Server) Power BI, Excel (Advanced), DAX, Power Query Python and Shell scripting (preferred)
• •Demonstrated experience in: Developing business and commercial reports Managing data quality and compliance KPIs Leading API integrations and automation projects
• •Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Core Competencies

•Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
