What you will be doing
- Customer onboarding and account management
- -
- Conduct customer due diligence review on WBG‘s customers for onboarding and trigger event review.
- -
- Review documentation received from front line to ensure documentation correctness and completeness.
- -
- Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistics data
- -
- Communicate and coordinate with front line staff to obtain missing or additional document/information for CDD review
- -
- Enhance/ contribute to enhancing process and internal control to strengthen 1st line of defence
- -
- Assist to prepare onboarding or CDD related training
- -
- Contribute to the teams BAU productivity at the highest standards
- -
- Comply with relevant Bank’s internal policy and procedure
- Project Management

Participate necessary project / system enhancement in relation to CDD/KYC

Identify and lead necessary improvement in risk control
What we are looking for
-
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience
-
CDD/KYC related certifications preferred

Proficient in MS Office applications
-
Professional presentation and report writing skills
-
Familiar with banking and regulatory requirements (e.g. Code of Banking Practice)

Independent, with strong compliance sense

Good analytical and communication skills
