Sales Associates - Permanent Contract Full-Time - Berlin

APM MONACO is looking for a permanent contract in Full-Time for our shop in Berlin !

Welcome & Client Experience

• ● Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique
• ● Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit
• ● Prepare gift wrapping with care
• ● Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods

Coordination & Sales Support

• ● Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process, so they can focus fully on the client relationship
• ● Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance

Boutique Operations

• ● Ensure restocking on the shop floor
• ● Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed
• ● Take part in receiving and storing merchandise
• ● Prepare products when necessary
• ● Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation

Visual Merchandising

● Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards

Standards

● Comply with APM Monaco's procedures and standards

Requirements

• ● You love APM Monaco!
• ● You have a strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills
• ● You are organised, responsive and enjoy working as part of a team
• ● You are comfortable in a premium/international environment
• ● A good level of English is appreciated, depending on the location
• ● You are available for the full duration of the contract
• ● You are agile and know how to show flexibility when needed
