Sales Associate

Join Hermès as a Sales Associate, where you will be responsible for all sales activities in-store, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team, and will have the opportunity to assist with inventory and special projects as needed. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands, a strong motivation to provide excellent customer service, and a good command of Mandarin.

• Responsible for all sales activities in store, including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, and delivering post-sales services.
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience.
