VP Finance & Compliance F/H

Join Leach International Europe as the Vice President of Finance & Compliance. In this strategic role, you will drive performance, profitability, and cash generation while providing financial visibility and discipline to the leadership team. You will be deeply connected to the business, translating operational performance into financial impact and ensuring rigorous forecasting and accountability. Additionally, you will lead the Finance organization, continuously improving the function and promoting a business partner mentality.

• Assurer la performance financière de l'entreprise, en traduisant les objectifs commerciaux en cibles financières mesurables et en surveillant les indicateurs clés de performance.
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'amélioration de l'EBITDA et de la rentabilité durable, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les opérations, les ventes et la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Diriger le processus de budgétisation, de planification stratégique et de prévision, en veillant à ce que les prévisions reflètent la réalité opérationnelle la plus récente.

We are looking for a senior Finance leader with significant experience in an industrial, manufacturing or aerospace environment, ideally within a decentralized or performance-driven organization.

You will demonstrate:

• Strong technical financial and accounting foundations.

• Proven experience managing a manufacturing P&L.

• Strong understanding of EBITDA and cash generation.

• Demonstrated track record of improving profitability.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

• Strong commercial finance capabilities.

• Experience partnering with Operations and Sales.

• Strong internal control and compliance awareness.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Ability to operate effectively in an international environment.

Experience within aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, engineered products or another complex manufacturing environment would be highly valued.

Experience in a private-equity-style, decentralized or highly performance-oriented environment would be a strong advantage.

**Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.**

Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, DSCG or equivalent would be an advantage.

Fluent English is required

French is strongly preferred given the French operating environment.
