Contract Scrum Master/Project Manager (Salesforce)

Join our team as a Contract Scrum Master/Project Manager with a focus on Salesforce. In this role, you will lead and facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, manage project timelines and objectives, and support effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will need strong Salesforce experience, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies. This position is part-time initially, ramping up to full-time, and is expected to last until the end of 2026.

• Lead and facilitate all key Agile and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery stays on track against timelines, scope, and objectives, while removing blockers and helping teams adopt Agile practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes, leveraging your Salesforce knowledge and experience.

• Have strong Salesforce experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar Agile delivery role
• Experience managing projects from planning through to delivery
• Must have Salesforce experience - ideally within a project or delivery environment
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers and delivery challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
