Project Operation Manager

Join Adyen, a leading global payment company, as a Project Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of complex, global in-store projects, working closely with merchants to ensure a successful rollout of their in-store payment systems. You will also manage projects to support customers going live with our Adyen for Platforms solution and help manage complex banking projects. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent project management skills and the ability to lead detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring that customers are fully prepared to roll out Adyen’s solution.
• Work closely with customers’ project and technical teams, as well as third parties, to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress.
• Global Mindset: Ability to interface and cooperate seamlessly with a global team, adapting to international time constraints where appropriate. Experience working abroad and/or within multicultural teams is a plus
• Languages: Required fluency/business proficiency in both French and English. Any additional European language is considered a plus
• Experience: 4+ years of experience setting up complex (ideally technical) projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience in the payments industry or a technical background is a plus
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required
• Stakeholder Management: Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to lead high-level conversations and influence business decisions
