Revenue Analytics and Insights Senior Analyst

About The Role
Join our Revenue Analytics team as a Senior Analyst, where you'll leverage data and insights to drive sustainable growth in advertising sales. You'll partner with sales leadership, craft business reviews, and optimize operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of the media industry, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Leveraging sales reporting infrastructure to extract new insights on key partners and market opportunities.
- Partnering with sales leadership to uncover key opportunities to drive revenue and providing reporting to track outcomes.
- Crafting and delivering regular business reviews for sales leadership that help understand the health and trajectory of the business.
- This role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, ideally paired with knowledge of the media and connected TV (CTV) space, to help advance the business

- Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment
- Experience supporting several functional organizations (for example both sales and services); knowledge and understanding of key metrics driving a sales environment
- Working knowledge of sales terminology and metrics
- Familiarity with the broader advertising landscape or ideally the connected TV (CTV) space
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, ideally within the media industry
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, exhibiting flexibility and strong teamwork
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail, and ability to work on many tasks concurrently
- Working experience with BI/visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, Looker, and real-world application of AI into work
- Deep understanding of data, hierarchies and relationships, and how they relate to business metrics and KPIs
- Ability to use data to tell a story; comfortable preparing executive-level materials
- High degree of drive and self-motivation and comfort working autonomously
- Advanced Excel capabilities, e.g., scenario modeling, macros
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfort working at all levels of a sales organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Direct experience partnering with sales or other go-to-market teams and supporting executive leadership
