Partnerships Associate

Join Rho, a fast-moving fintech company, as a Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of VC Partnerships to support relationships with venture funds, build strategic service provider partnerships, assist in negotiations, and set up systems to keep everything running smoothly. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of relationships with venture funds, tracking referral activity and pipeline, coordinating co-marketing and events, conducting research on prospective fund partners, and more. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is curious about venture capital, startups, and fintech.

• Systems thinker who enjoys building processes and working in tools like Salesforce, Notion, and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interfacing with senior external stakeholders
• 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, BD, VC platform, banking, consulting, or a similar fast-paced role (strong internships count)
• Curious about venture capital, startups, and fintech
• Based in San Francisco and will come in office 5 days a week
• Experience with CRM administration or light data/reporting work
• Exposure to the VC ecosystem (fund internship, platform role, startup BD)
