  • Assister le chef de projet dans la livraison de projets multidisciplinaires complexes, en veillant à ce que les objectifs du projet soient compris et atteints.
  • Participer à la planification du projet, à la gestion du programme, à l'engagement des parties prenantes, à la gestion des risques, à la rédaction de rapports et au contrôle du projet.

  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Relevant qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Contract Administration, particularly NEC3 or NEC4 contracts
  • Ability to coordinate and support multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing and flexible to travel to our projects
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to build a successful career in project management, with a willingness to support project governance, reporting, risk management and financial tracking while helping keep project information accurate, accessible and focused on effective decision making
  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects against agreed time, cost and quality objectives, with a working understanding of project controls, reporting and earned value management principles
  • Experience supporting projects within the Water, Defence, Rail, or wider infrastructure sectors would be advantageous
  • Have experience supporting the delivery of design commissions and/or design and build contracts on major infrastructure projects
  • Working towards or holding a recognised professional qualification such as APM, Chartered status, or equivalent
  • A collaborative and supportive approach, with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
