Channel Manager Job Summary The Channel Manager oversees branch cash operations, teller transactions, accountable forms, ATM, clearing, and other branch operational activities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and internal controls. The role also supports the Branch Head in marketing initiatives, cross-selling bank products and services, addressing client concerns, and achieving branch targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cash operations, teller transactions, ATM, clearing, accountable forms, and other branch operational activities. Ensure proper custody, reconciliation, and safeguarding of cash, documents, and bank assets. Review and approve transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements. Address customer concerns and support the delivery of quality customer service. Provide guidance and support to branch staff and coordinate with Head Office support units as needed. Identify opportunities to improve branch operational efficiency. Support the Branch Head in marketing, cross-selling bank products and services, and achieving branch targets. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications College graduate. 3–4 years of experience in branch banking operations. Knowledge of banking operations, internal controls, and customer service. Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and marketing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Reporting Relationship The Channel Manager reports directly to the Branch Head and works closely with the Service Manager, Tellers, branch officers and staff, Head Office support units, and other branches.
