## Requirements
### Key Responsibilities
Handle **inbound & outbound calls** and generate business opportunities.
Attend to **client enquiries** and understand their property requirements.
Manage clients throughout the sales process, from enquiry to **site visit and closure with the help of closing manager**.
Conduct regular **follow-ups** and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate and attend **client meetings/site visits**.
Negotiate with clients and effectively **close property deals**.
Achieve assigned **sales targets** and contribute to business growth.
### Requirements
**1+ year of experience in a Real Estate CP Firm is mandatory.**
Must have worked in **Navi Mumbai** market.
Should have handled the journey from calling > attending the client > closing the deal.
Should have **decent English communication skills** with good Hindi/Marathi communication.
Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Should be **target-oriented, confident and sales-driven**.
Candidates with their own **vehicle are preferred**.
