We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our Regional Payments team. In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & Planning team to provide strategic insights to the business across our Payments Products / Services. The ideal candidate is one who has both the technical savviness to wrangle with data and design comprehensive solutions, as well as the business acumen to partner with different stakeholders and generate actionable insights.

Your Adventure Ahead
- Build a strong understanding of our data ecosystem consisting of multiple data sources across different product lines.
- Assist in designing and implementing data models and reporting solutions (reports, dashboards) to measure and monitor defined metrics for the business.
- Work closely with teams in various functions to understand business challenges and provide solutions end-end from requirements gathering to solutions delivery.
- Support management with ad-hoc data requests, analytical deep-dives or other projects as required.
Essentials to Succeed
- Able to commit on a full-time basis, 6 months preferred
- Strong ability to write clean, structured, and high performance SQL code is a must
- Experience with Data Visualisation and BI tools is a plus
- Good foundation in Python is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English
- Strong business acumen and ability to grasp requirements from stakeholders
- Keen interest and knowledge of Fintech / E-commerce is a plus
- Self-starter and is comfortable to work in a highly ambiguous environment
