Associate Director, Structured Sales, FICC, Fixed Income

Position Description

The role will focus on selling OTC derivatives, structured investments and structured financing products. The person is expected to acquire new relationships for own account coverage in Singapore and cross-sell into other FICC products such as structured credit, FX and Rates.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Coverage of clients in Singapore and international accounts and distribute OTC derivatives, structured investments and structured financing products.
• -
• Work with structuring team to market and design products and solutions
• -
• New client onboarding and relationship acquisition
• -
• Proactively liaise with trading desks to share market colour and new structured product developments offered by our competitors.
• -
• Work closely with structured credit, Rates, FX & Commodities traders to promote and help develop their client market.
• -
• Comply with relevant firm policies and regulatory requirements in relation to selling conduct and practice.

Requirements

• -
• Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
• -
• 6 years or above experience
• -
• Attained all required regulatory qualifications to carry out necessary regulated activities.
• -
• Good understanding of FICC products.
• -
• Takes self-initiatives and highly motivated.
• -
• A team player
• -
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• -
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
