About The Role

  • 主要职责
  • 1、按照现场SOP以及检验标准，确认生产首件及制程中的产品是否符合品质要求，并做好巡检记录
  • 2、发现不符合要求的作业行为，或不合格品时，通知现场班长立即制止不合格要求或隔离不合格品，
  • 并要求对其进行改善
  • 3、对品质不稳定的产品要进行重点跟踪、有问题时应及时汇报上级或相关人员，并找出解决方法，
  • 及时解决问题；
  • 4、协助主管跟进处理客户投诉及工程内问题点
  • 5、跟踪产线对问题点的改善对策的实施
  • 6、对应成品检查、捆包
