Production engineer

Essential Functions核心职责

• 1 Develop, maintain, and document manufacturing processes for optical lens products
• 开发、维护并标准化光学镜头产品制造工艺
• 2 Support process improvement activities for quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance
• 支持质量、良率、效率及成本改善活动
• 3 Analyze and resolve routine process and production issues
• 分析并解决日常工艺及生产问题
• 4 Support new product introduction, process validation, and production ramp-up
• 支持新产品导入、工艺验证及量产爬坡
• 5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable production operations
• 与跨部门团队协作，确保生产稳定运行

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities知识、技能与能力要求

• 1 Knowledge of geometrical optics and optical lens manufacturing processes
• 具备几何光学基础知识，掌握镜头制造相关工艺知识
• 2 Knowledge of process control and quality systems
• 熟悉过程控制及质量管理体系
• 3 Problem-solving and data analysis skills
• 具备问题分析及数据分析能力
• 4 Good communication and teamwork skills
• 良好的沟通及团队协作能力

Minimum education and work experience required最低学历与工作经验要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Design & ManufacturingAutomation, or other relevant engineering disciplines.】、
• 光学工程、应用物理、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关工程专业本科及以上学历。
• 2+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience requirement may be reduced for lens industry or Optical Engineering candidates.
• 2年以上制造业工艺工程相关经验 （镜头行业或者光学工程专业可降低年限要求）
