Senior Staff Program Manager (f/m/d)

Support business plan set up including setting of program budgeD Full accountability for given projects Budget Deliver to requirements specifications Timeline Defining clear project KPI, monitoring and triggering associated actions Other tasks Establish, drive and maintain the overall program plan including regular program reporting to both internal and external teams Define all milestones and track on a regular basis. Highlight issues and derive options for resolution. Ensure risk analysis is completed and maintained including options and trigger dates Organize and hold regular program status meetings. Derive regular reports including management and customer updates. Establish and maintain efficient program reporting across involved departments Lead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the program. This includes but is not limited to: Marketing Design Engineering (Silicon and Software) IP procurement / insourcing Operations (Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Planning, …)

Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree or similar desired PMI or Prince 2 (nice to have) Industry experience in the application of project management techniques 7 years+ experience of managing large, multi-disciplined global delivery teams 7 years+ experience of successfully program managing complex IC design projects for Automotive products. Should include evidence of program managing multiple projects in parallel Proof of working with satellite teams in different locations/countries Proof of being able to work with 3rd parties and/or external contract resource companies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Gravitas, strength of opinion and effective influencing skills Strong presentation skills to present concise program status Significant experience in semiconductor/engineering environment Experience/awareness of the of IC design process including physical design Experience/awareness of the of requirements for Automotive IC products Experience/awareness of the of SW design process, especially embedded SW design Experience of working with IC fabrication, assembly and test organizations Technical acumen with ability to manage technical issues within a return on investment or risk management framework Strong commercial awareness with previous experience of P&L responsibility Language skills – English is essential, Dutch and/or German desirable Desirable Proven success in achieving design-in to Tier 1 customers in Wireless Connectivity Previous experience in key account management or sales roles
