Intern Talent Management
We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore.
Role Purpose
The Employee Experience intern will support the People team in enhancing workplace engagement and creating meaningful employee experiences. This role provides hands-on exposure to event planning, internal communications, vendor coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of internal events while learning how organizations enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Employee Experience team in the planning and execution of employee engagement events and activities.
- Provide logistical support for internal events, including coordination of materials, venue arrangements, and event setup.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, including researching options and supporting vendor comparisons to identify suitable vendors based on organizational needs.
- Support the team in managing event-related logistics and communications with external vendors.
- Assist in internal communications, including drafting simple announcements or updates related to employee engagement initiatives.
- Create simple visual materials, such as posters or digital event announcements, to promote internal activities.
- Capture event content, including taking photos and short videos during events for internal communication and documentation purposes.
- Assist in brainstorming and strategizing initiatives to improve the overall employee experience within the organization.
- Provide general administrative support related to employee engagement programs and activities.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva is an added advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, communications, or event planning.
