THE JOB

As a Cage Cashier, you’ll be at the forefront of our guest experience, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment! Your expertise will shine as you handle all monetary transactions and exchanges, ensuring each interaction is not only efficient but also enjoyable for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.24

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Process a variety of financial transactions, including frontline entry-level transactions, chip bank transactions, poker transactions, cage credit transactions, and employee bank/window transactions
Cash various types of checks for patrons in accordance with established guidelines; tokens, TITO (ticket in/ticket out), and Race and Sports tickets
Conduct Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records by completing electronic multiple transaction logs and manually recording transactions when required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Basic understanding of mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, along with money handling
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts
Capable of balancing a bank without assistance, including identifying errors when out of balance
